Snacking is awesome, but it can be hard to find healthy options you actually want to eat, especially if you’re trying to lose weight.


It’s easy to reach for processed snacks because they’re actually everywhere. But they probably won’t keep you full or help you meet your fitness and nutrition goals, whatever those might be.

So we rounded up some delicious options that are minimally processed, easy to make, under 300 calories, and will actually keep you full. Alright, snack away!

I couldn’t help but notice that a couple of these had mayo or peanut butter. Unless you use a light version of these (and there are some light versions that are actually made with fewer weird chemicals than the real versions), those snacks aren’t all that low cal for losing weight or good for the body.
